21st Birthday - Please please help me out!!!

It my 21st birthday on 2nd of sept - its a saturday night and i'm going to be going out in london with a fairly big group of friends. we're all into your usual rnb/urban/garage-y type stuff, and all students so i'd like not to have to spend too much!! so far i've been recommended to brick lane for a curry and then old street?
and suggestions anybody?
please please help me out its my 21st and i really want it to be a good one!!

Don't know about Old Street but can definately recommend Brick Lane for a good, not pricey curry. It's a great area & the food is amazing!
