You should write in a letter! Oo, send in a portfolio of your art work, see if you can become a set designer. They had huge canvases of paintings that looked like photographs. You could only see the intricate detail close up. Was amazing!

Cheers mate :) Yeah, it's a shame they weren't more talkative, but Dan certainly made up for it! It's funny how different all three of them are.
No, unfortunately I didn't get to see any of the adult actors. They're filming the wedding scene this week as well, which has loads of people in. Booo!

Day 2 continued...
Before the cast had left and they were still filming, Dan was on top of a very high mound of chairs. I came forward with my arms outstretched and said, "I'll catch you!" lol. Ruperts and Dan's stunt guys were there and I was talking to them. Telling them how I would love to act. They were both very nice, as was everyone there, and great to talk to. I was surprised at how much Dan got involved in the crew side of things. He would always hang around, unlike the others, and he helped move over a pile of chairs onto set. He just has too much energy that lad...!
The cast had left the set and us AD's were to stay behind and pack things away. I ended up going on a minibus down to the flightshed, which is where they were filming for the wedding next week (now this week). I got to see where they were filming it and it was amazing! Just like everything else in the HP world...! I walked around the outside of the long, thin, grass that surrounds the Weasley Burrow and saw the huge canapey that will be the place of the wedding. I was like, wow! I thought it would be bigger than it was, but it was still great. So gutted I wasn't going to be there.
I helped the other ADs set up a little tent thing for the actors to go into. That took a good few minutes. Before leaving I quickly looked at another piece of set that was there. I wasn't sure what it was at first, but was told later that it was Mr Lovegood's house.
So we travelled back to the studios and I gave my radio back and a yellow form that had my bank details on (Oh yes. I got paid for these two days!). The rest of the ADs were having a meeting for next week, so I waited downstairs just outside door 5, as we were going to go for a drink. As I was waiting, Dan appeared in the building behind me. He walked out the door and said bye to me and a guy sitting next to me. He said "bye love", but I didn't hear him say "love". Then he said, "I didn't just call you love cuz I don't know your name. I do know it." and I said, "I didn't hear you say love so it doesn't matter". Then he carried on walking and I said, "See you Martin", and then he scratched the back of his head with his middle finger lol. The guy next to me said, "You can tell everyone that Daniel Radcliffe gave you the finger". And I said I'll put it on Facebook. So I did. Haha.
And that's it. Can't think of anything else that happened. Was a fantastic experience and I'm so pleased I was on the set of Harry Potter 7! I really hope I get to go back. Stewart appologised for not being able to get me down this week, but he said he will try and get me in for a block next time. So fingers crossed I'll be back!

that would be soooooooooo cool to see! i am coming to england in late sep next year but if by some miracle i can do what you did, i'll be on a plane before i can say "i'm going to the harry potter set"
i have to say it woulda been cool to see dan rupert and emma in their own individual elements - like as in you were sayign how dan is completely out there and full of energy, and rupert is quiet and emma keeps totally to herself and/or a bit of a diva - i really hope shes not that much of a diva - but i'd forgive emma cause i happen to think shes a bit of alright ;) hahaha
still would be cool to be on set - i absolutely love movies and all aspects of them so i think now is the part of the post where i politely ask you to send me a private msg so i can get a hold of mr hamilton was it?

I am doing good. just living the dream haha - but i think a more accurate description is that you are living the dream - off on the set of HP7 u lucky duck!
yeh it makes HP6 seem more logical and proper if u think about its relation to the 7th movie - i tell u what though - i didnt see the diadem in the ROR in the 6th movie - i was sure they woulda put a glimpse of it there. maybe i am blind.
but i saw it again last night and i definately didnt see it. o wells.
i am totally keen to go to the Ed - might have to be not next year but year after, i'll definately hit it up for sure. maybe i might run into u then haha yeh random as i know but moving right along . . . .
u got friends performing in it? thats way cool! i hope they have an awesome time! isnt it the 60th anniversary this year? so wouldnt HM The Queen rock up to one of the shows? could be interesting!
what else is news besides your fantastic HP set adventures that you are totally bringing me along with you next time?
