I live in the east end and spit is everywhere, the first thing i hear in the morning out side my bedroom window is someone spitting, its bloody disgusting. Is it illegal? Because if it is I will call the police next time. Stepney, Bow, Whitechapel are the worst places, why? why?

i know what you mean, whenever i go to whitechapel i walk closest to the road because the people there spit out of their windows, its very disgusting.
