Boris is only there because he can get a cheap laugh at jokes that are written for him on Have I Got News For You and due to his infamous ability to put his massive foot in it at every opportunity. I can't believe that we in this country are so easy to con - lets have some real politicians representing us and doing the job of running our capital and our country. This country will need to hang its head in shame if it lets the blond baffoon in... :bangin: how can anyone take him or London seriously if he's elected? I have yet to work out what skills he has that make him in any way suited to politics - other than a big mouth :speechless: :angry:

Did anyone see the three candidates slugging it out on their podiums on the TV last week on the Dimbleby show?
I know that the political arena is no place for violence... well unless you’re Robert Mugabe... or George Bush even... but I really wanted to smack Brian Paddick in the face. Not for what he was saying per se... he’s just got a really unappealing way about him. He looks so smug every time he says something in a “you know I’m right, I’m a straight down the middle kinda guy”-type way.
Not a particularly constructive post this, from me. Just wondered if anyone shared my sentiment in wanting to lamp him? :nod:
