tried doing a Nell McAndrew workout DVD in my front room last night... not sure I've sweated that much since being caught escaping through a classroom window at school :scared:

No, hot weather and exercise certainly don't mix. Unless you're doin your aerobics in the sea. Ahhh bliss... :rolling: <---- maybe that smilie does come in useful sometimes. I couldn't think of anything else that fitted so well with 'bliss'...!

Do you remember Mr Motivator? I did one of his workouts when he was on TMF not that long ago... hehe!
