Bestest cake?

It's all about the custard slice.

Custard slice, the ones you can buy in a shop with icing on the top?

If thats what your on about then, i love them but i've never tried to make them though.

I do make caramel shortcake though, very easy to make but very sweet.

I've made flapjack before with chopped apricots in it & its lovely but no one other than me eats it so i don't bother making it anymore.

I made cupcakes with american frosting for the kids at my kids school & they went down a treat.

People keep asking me to make them my lemon cake..... me thinks i'm gonna have to start charging people

:confused2: :smug:

Shame the AIL offices were in Hammersmith i could send all you lot at AIL some cakes & biscuits.

I love making cakes although I'm not that good at it lol. When I was little I was making fairy cakes and filled them with salt instead of sugar when my mum tried one she spat it out. I wasn't impressed lol.
