Oh and make the age for motorbikes nad mopeds higher. To ride a motorbike you have to be over 21 anyway, but mopeds, you can ride one at 17 with just a CBT on a provisional licence. A CBT is a one day course, and you don't even have to prove you know the highway code. This is how you get stupid boys thinking they are men by racing too fast through traffic with their only safety gear being a helmet, which doesn't even have the strap done up.

I hate boys on moped with a passion.
Most of them look like they are still in school.
They go too fast up & down the roads too.
They used to ride up & down on the pavement right outside my mums house.... didn't like to use the road as it had speed bumps on them.
