Hi I am really into hip-hop, but not that 50 cent mainstream music. I would like to know of any clubs that often play REAL hip hop like Tribe, Mos def, Dilla, anything that is banging. I have been to see little brother a couple of times at the jazz cafe and loved the music they played prior to them coming out. Something along those lines would be great. Thanks.

They do really good events with REAL Hip Hop music, live saxophone, etc...

KEEP THE FAITH Event
Hi,
KTF supports credible Hip Hop (IE: golden era, last poets,gil scott heron, rakim, mos def, j dilla, pharcyde, de la soul etc. etc. + uk like Ty)
We run Soul events - but do support good Hip Hop too & dont deal with the ring tone r&b, crunk, 50 cent, lil wayne end of the music - ie we like mcs who can actually rap instead of just talk ;0)
