perhaps plastic surgery is for correction deformity and correcting accident issues, the other is just elective ???

plastic surgery is something that affects your anatomical structure permanently - ie implants or like hip replacements etc whereas cosmetic surgery is to fix less "structural" things - as in things that arent critical to your health or survival. granted breast implants arent but they change your structure more than say liposuction or botox etc

lol thanks QMB

Is small breasts birth defects? i think just make them bigger just to be in proportion?

also laser hair removal is what i want?

u wouldnt call small breasts birth "defects" - they're just small breasts.

and i dont see anything wrong with girls wanting PROPORTIONALITY - i'm highlighting that cause i dont think any girl with small breasts should go out n get DD size ones to feel better, but its reasonable if they want to be in proportion.

i mean hypothetically if u had say small arms or legs then u should and u could make them nomral size most people would? or like if people have big or small or mishapen noses they might get a nose job so that they have anormal nose etc

and laser hair removal is tricky. they bill it as the be all and end all
but if u work out the payments for the first lot of treatments and then all the maintenance treatments over the next say 10 years - i guarantee u will find waxing cheaper and more efficient.

also its a laser so if ur skin reacts badly to it u r capital letters F****D.

thought u ought to no ;)

yes and it can go very bad, and u certainly dont want to risk it on a sensitive spot or somewhere everyone can see . . .
