Where can I get premiere tickets, that include walking the red carpet?

To be honest it depends on the film I think. Some films aren't open to the public to buy, it's just for those in the business and involved in the movie. Though these people may choose to sell their tickets on privately.
Sometimes charities have tickets, like Great Ormond Street.

I don't cause it depends on the film and who has tickets at the time. There is no one set place like Ticketmaster that always has tickets for every premiere.

You could try eBay. I have a pair of tickets to the TORMENTED PREMIERE and AFTERPARTY. Won in comp today, but can't make it. :(...
