Me and someone else on this site would be much much grateful if anyone could tell us the date of the Da Vinci Code premiere! Many thanks!

It is scheduled for the 17th - 18th May , as it released world wide on the 19th... Although this may be scuppered as Mr. Brown starts his high court copyright battle today with the Authors from Holy Blood Holy Grail who want an injuction on the release of the film, if they get it, it will halt the release until issues etc are sorted out legally between the two parties... Come on Mr.Brown we are routing for ya!!! Hope this helps

So we have Friday the 19th and Thursday the 18th as the dates for the premiere. Can anyone actually confirm on which date it will be taking place. Any official statements out there ?
