Just use shortcrust pastry to make the tarts. I use one of the bun tins.
I find that they are nicer if you roll ther pastry out quite thin.
Bake them in the oven until they are golden brown.
For the filling all you need is:
1 tin of Condensed milk
5 tbsp of golden syrup
4oz of butter.
Put all those ingredients into a pan, bring slowly to the boil then simmer until it starts to thicken.
Make sure you stir occasionally as some of the bits can burn at the bottom of the pan.
It should make about 25 cakes.
They are lovely.
