a couple of quick lines to introduce myself and my company. My name is Jon and I represent Gigtime Media UK. We are a new company who put on gigs and live events around the London area, as well as operating a booking agency, artist managment, PA and equipment hire, a mobile recording set up, as well as plans to set up a small indie label and a music tutoring network. Basically we have fingers in more pies than a leper in a cake shop.
Before you start worrying, I've not come on here to shamelessly plug our events and spam up the board, rather to get a better understanding of what people are looking for in a night out so we can continually improve our nights and our services. I will post details of our events if it is allowed (I must admit to not fully reading the forum guidelines yet) but it will be in a respectful way that hopefully won't get anyones backs up.
Of course if there are any artists on here, I'll be more than happy to check out your myspace pages. We're always on the lookout for great bands, singers, musicians, and performers to promote at our events. PM me your details and we'll take it from there.
