Well, where to start?

In a couple of years, when I finally graduate school, I will move to London. It's been a lifelong dream of mine to study there and I will make it come true.
Because of this I decided to google 'London Forum' and I'm glad I did because I found this wonderful forum.
A little bit about me.
My name is Karen and I'm a huge fan of British culture. British actors, comedians, television [I'm a huge fan of panel shows] and cinema are my all time favorite.
I'm a huge fan of history and your lovely island is full of great historical landmarks. All those wonderful castles [I did see a few when I visited Scotland 2004], Stonehenge, Westminster Abbey and many more. I especially love the architecture, people didn't start to live in stone houses in my country until the 2nd World War so there isn't a lot of beautiful architecture here.

Well, that's quite a bit. Wonderful to be here.
Now I'm gonna start posting!

Hey Karen! Welcome

It's so nice to hear your appreciation for our country. Where is it you are from?

Have you been to Bath in the South? That's got plenty of orginal 1900s buildings, you'd love it!

Haha, I actually wondered if anyone would reply and link the band with the thread. After I had posted this I realised it could well be about the band.

Oh and I forgot to say in my little introduction that I'm trying to learn welsh.
I'm just doing it online and alone so it's not going very well but I'm not gonna give up just yet.
