YORK TEST ? really works or rubbish?

I had done the test 2 weeks ago and my report includes prohibition for milk,near all kind of meat,bread,egg,cheese,some vegetables etc.So what kind of things?!**!!! should I eat?Just fruits?
Is anyone who has applied advised test diet and already has positive effects?

whats a york test? sounds like dumb test to me. if you take out milk, meat, bread, eggs, cheese and vegetables, what is there left to eat? you'll be dining out on pasta for the rest of your life. and pasta isnt going to make you thin

He didn't say all vegetables so I guess it's essentially fruit, veg, rice and fish, which if the calories are controlled should cause weight loss.

Best to check with GP first and you may need vitamin and mineral supplements as well as exercise.

Where was the test done? At a hospital? doctors? in a shop?
