Saw an article in the Sun about a website called loveontheline.com. Its a site you can find people you commute with and may fancy! It made me think to myself, I see a lot of attractive people round London but can you imagine actually tracking them down and going on a date. I cant make up my mind!

I thought it was quite good as this girl and I constantly smile at each other and I would love to actually chat. But wouldnt on a packed tube!

Whatever happened to a good old chat up line? Just go and ask that person out. PLEASE dont lets use the square box for everything. Or am I old fashioned?

I agree totally Jake. It's like people don't actually want to get involved in real life anymore they prefer to do it through the square box, as you say.
Facebook and all that rubbish is now beginning to replace giving someone a call or meeting them down the pub or going over to their house to share holiday snaps; apparently it's no longer decent to introduce yourself to someone in the 3D world now, that has to be done online too... even going for a round of golf is being slowly replaced by a little white controller stood in front of your TV screen.
... and as for no longer being able to strap on a collection of assault weapons and go chasing after a clan of aliens... apparently that can only be done online now too :bangin: :)

I agree.... we'll all just live with and be married to computers in future...
my husband is a prime example. He works from home every day and whenever he says he's 'spoken' to someone that day i have to read 'sent msn messanger messages'.. he refuses to answer the phone in case someone that he doesn't know is on the other end and only sends text messages himself rather than picking up the phone.... rubbish!!! :bangin: :bangin:
