Pushchairs around Waterloo

Went for a family day out yesterday along the Southbank...total obstacle course to get down there though. We arrived at Waterloo then left by the Shell Building exit - no stairs down to road level so had to carry the pushchair down between us. Then to get to the Southbank itself we had to go up and down stairs again as there was no ramp....what is going on?? What do people in wheelchairs do or those travelling with children by themselves?

Sorry - just needed to let off steam...

It was a great day otherwise and perfect weather (forecasters got it totally wrong again!). I love the atmosphere down there and all the street performers really make it special, although those still-statues seem to have bred since last time I was there...there are loads of them around the Eye now!

Hey Sooz .I hope that day you enjoyed at the South bank. But,I think you had a bit tough time carrying pushchair .I think pushchair must be little heavy to carry.Even I also faced same problem but my mickey sport buggy was very light weight and can be folded to compact size so that we can fold and carry in one hand.We bout it from [URL REMOVED] .Anyway I suggest you to have mickey sport buggy next time when you go for a family day out.

I want to be paid for just going around forums and spamming ads on them. There has to be money in it right?
