After the huge success of the mobile Meatwagon and the Meateasy pop-up above Goldsmiths Tavern in New Cross, Yianni Papoutsis and Scott Collins have opened Meat Liquor, their first permanent restaurant which takes over the site of a former Italian eatery in Marylebone. All the Meateasy favourites that helped put them on the map are back: cheese and chilli burgers made from 28-day-aged steak, fried chicken, hot dogs, buffalo wings and Philly cheesesteaks as well as ice creams and cream pies, to be washed down with cocktails from Soul Shakers and a selection of beers and wines. The venue has space for 120 covers and does not accept bookings, and will be open from lunchtime till 2am, Tuesday to Saturday.
