Carom (www.caromsoho.com) restaurant and bar in Soho is hosting a pop-up Indian Summer Garden from Friday 25th May throughout the summer, and to showcase this celebration of pan-Indian cuisine and culture will unveil their signature Kulfi in Mango and Pistachio (£4.50). Developed by Executive Chef, Balaji Balachander, these colourful and fragrant iced desserts will be the perfect accompaniment to a hot summer’s day - and even if the typically British weather prevails, inside the Summer Garden you'll be relaxing in a tropical atmosphere with Indian flowers, palm trees and candle lanterns.
