Paul A Young collaborates with Sauterelle for Chocolate Week

The team at leading city restaurant Sauterelle, have joined forces with master chocolatier, award winning Paul A Young, to create an exclusive six course chocolate tasting menu for National Chocolate Week (8th – 14th October). The menu will feature classic dishes with a cocoa twist, sure to satisfy any chocoholic. Dishes include Diver caught Scallops with Avruga caviar, vanilla foam and chocolate oil followed by Haunch of Venison, braised red cabbage, celeriac purée and poached quince, Paul A Young chocolate jus as well as a pre-dessert of Chilli Chocolate Caramel Crunch and a dessert of Dark Chocolate Marquise, poached nectarines and hazelnut ice cream. Guests are then invited to round off their visit to Sauterelle with indulgent Petit Fours, an assiette of Paul A Young Fine chocolates especially made for the Chocolate Week by the man himself. The six course menu is priced at £55 per person.
