Celebrate Bonfire Night with a week of bangers at Le Metro Wine Bar and Bistro

Le Metro, Knightsbridge’s local wine bar and bistro, will be celebrating Guy Fawkes with a week of daily-changing British bangers. These succulent sausages will be accompanied by garlic mash and onion gravy for just £12. Kids are also welcome and smaller portions are priced at just £7, making Le Metro the perfect destination to warm up before or after a night of fireworks.

The menu will feature carefully selected sausages including venison, pork and apple, lamb and mint and pork and leek. A vegetarian option will also be available and kids can enjoy a complimentary scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream for dessert. Other desserts on the menu (excluded in the price) include chocolate torte £6, strawberry cheesecake £6 or Le Metro’s Café Gourmand, where guests can enjoy a selection of desserts and a coffee, priced at £7.50.

To accompany the bangers and mash, Le Metro has a selection of wines by the glass, half bottle or full bottle. Prices start at £3.95 for a glass of owner David Levin’s Sauvignon Blanc chardonnay, produced in the Loire Valley in France. Other options by the glass include Little Yering Pinot Noir, priced at £5.50 or the Petit Chablis, priced at £8.50. There is also a selection of beers and spirits available.
