The winners were announced at a Gala Dinner Presentation Ceremony on Thursday 22nd November 2012, attended by over 100 guests including Mayor of Enfield, Leader of Enfield Council, two MPs, Local Councillors, Regional Director of Royal Bank of Scotland, Development Manager Barclays Bank and many other distiguished guests.
