Harrods' Chef of the Season is Anna Hansen

For three months from 6th February 2013, The Modern Pantry and Anna Hansen will be Harrods’ ‘Chef of the Season’, offering an exclusive selection of take-away meals from the celebrated Food Hall, as well as a complete range of condiments, spices, ingredients and pantry goods.

Highlights of the menu include Harrods Jasmine Tea-Smoked Salmon with Black Garlic, Liquorice & Macadamia Crust with Tomatilla Salsa and Rose-Marinated Poussin with Roast Plums & Rose Yoghurt. The Pantry range includes Cox’s Apple, Sour Cherry & Fennell Chutney; Hazelnut & Macadamia Dukka; Kumquat Marmalade; and Amchur (green mango powder).
