Star Grazing at the London Capital Club

This year, the London Capital Club, one of the City's most prestigious private members' clubs, is celebrating its centenary. To mark 100 years of excellence in providing personal service to discerning business professionals, they have come up with a brilliant and unique way to celebrate their birthday – and the really good news is that even non-members can join the celebrations.

Since the very first members enjoyed the unique ambiance of this beautiful Grade II listed building in the heart of the City of London back in 1913, the club has prided itself on maintaining the highest standards of member satisfaction and culinary expertise. So it's fitting that their 100th birthday should be celebrated with a gourmet extravaganza, appropriately named Star Grazing.

Each month from May to November 2103, the London Capital Club will host a different Michelin-starred chef from outside of London who will create a special menu which will be available in the club's elegant dining room for the entire month. The guest chefs, who will personally oversee the first two days of each new menu, will work hand in hand with the club's head chef Chris Williams to ensure every dish that leaves the kitchen is to the exacting standards the club's members have come to expect. These signature menus will also be open to non-members which represents an unmissable – and extremely rare – opportunity to sample Michelin-starred dishes served in the exclusive surroundings of this prestigious club.

Diners can expect some truly exceptional food, with the line-up including the distinguished likes of Phil Thompson at Auberge Du Lac, Brocket Hall, Hywel Jones, from leading Country House Hotel & Spa, Lucknam Park and Andres Alemany of the critically acclaimed Purefoy Arms in Hampshire. All have earned Michelin stars in their illustrious careers, all bring their own individual styles and personalities to their very different genres of cuisine, and all will be – for one very special birthday celebration – delivering a totally unique dining experience to those lucky enough to secure a table at the London Capital Club during the next few months of its centenary year.
