Only the top-performing ten per cent of businesses listed on TripAdvisor® receive the prestigious Certificate of Excellence award, and Ponti’s Italian Kitchen, specialists in Italian cuisine from the Emilia Romagna region, has now earned it for the second year in a row. The accolade, which honours hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews on TripAdvisor®, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide.

To qualify for the 2013 Certificate of Excellence, Ponti’s Italian Kitchen had to maintain an overall rating of four or higher out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria included the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.

Jennifer Payne, Marketing Manager, Ponti’s Italian Kitchen comments: “We are overjoyed to have received the TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence for the second year in a row at our Oxford Circus and Duke Street restaurants, as this clearly demonstrates our continued commitment to ensuring our customers havea superb dining experience with us.
