How to re-create The Drury Club Absinthe Fountain

1. Fill fountain with ice cubes and one glass of water till full
2. Take Absinthe glass and add one 25ml shot of Absinthe of choice
3. Place slotted spoon on glass and add sugar cube on top (under tap)
4. Turn on water tap and allow a steady flow of ice cold water to drip over the sugar cube and dissolve into the Absinthe glass

For some fun and theatricals and little bit of fire:
2. Add one 25ml shot of Absinthe of your choice and one 25ml shot of water to glass
3. Soak sugar cube in alcohol (Vodka)
4. Place on slotted spoon and light!
5. For extra flames the Drury Club bar tenders spritz with Absinthe

What you will need:
1 Absinthe Fountain
1 Bottle of Absinthe
Water
Ice Cubes
4 Absinthe Glasses
1 Slotted Spoon
Sugar cubes
1 shot of Vodka (for soaking sugar cube)
Lighter or matches
