Peyton & Byrne's new 'celebration cakes'

Celebrate the very best of British baking

Oliver Peyton is once again celebrating the very best of British baking, and is working with renowned Pastry Chef Glyn Gordon to create new ‘Celebration Cakes’ for Peyton and Byrne’s modern British bakeries. Raised in Dublin, Glyn trained at London’s Cordon Bleu cookery school and has since worked at some of the country’s most prestigious and Michelin-starred kitchens, including Orrery, L’Enclume and Roganic, before joining Peyton and Byrne in 2013. For the past few months, Oliver and Glyn have been experimenting with the finest ingredients to create an exquisite selection of handmade cakes, which are now available in Peyton and Byrne bakeries. As well as being an ideal party treat to celebrate any occasion, these beautifully crafted cakes also come in individual portions so there is always an excuse to treat yourself!
