This May, Des McDonald’s The Fish & Chip Shop in Islington celebrates its first birthday. To mark the one year anniversary, every diner at the restaurant on the 27th of May this year will receive a complimentary birthday cocktail, Islington Iced Tea - a delicious combination of Gin, Earl Grey tea, Cointreau, Gomme and freshly squeezed lemon juice. An alcohol-free version of the cocktail will also be available.
