Tapas Brindisa celebrates 10 years

Tapas bar is an institution

Brindisa celebrates 10 years of serving the best Spanish food in London. It's hard to think about life before Brindisa Tapas London Bridge - when this Spanish tapas bar
sprang up on the corner of Southwark Street and bustling Borough Market.

Foodies flocked to what was one of the most exciting openings in London at the time and it could even be said, encouraged Londoners to become more relaxed about dining
out. Today there are great tapas bars all over London, but even after 10 years, Tapas Brindisa is as popular as ever.

10 years on and this phenomenal restaurant is still packed to the rafters; turning 180 tables a day, and up to 450 covers. Since opening in 2004, a mega 760,000 juicy,
orange-filled gordal olives, 238,000 croquetas and just shy of 2000 legs of ham have been enjoyed in Brindisa restaurants. Customers who are partial to a touch of Sherry, have helped polish off almost 11,000 litres of the drink from Jerez, since 2004.

To celebrate 10 years, the group’s four sites across London will be offering customers a week of Spanish feasting with their top 10 classic tapas dishes being sold at the prices
they were 10 years ago. The menu will feature, Padron Peppers, Grilled Chorizo, Garlic Chilli Prawns, Spanish Tortillas, Gordal Olives, Montenebro, Catalana Spinach,
Crema Catalana, Croquetas and Patatas Bravas.

The menu will be available from October 13th.
