The Native Lobster season is here, and Spaghetti House, whose signature dish is ‘Spaghetti with Lobster’, will be featuring a special version using only lobster from south West England. Portland, on the southern Dorset coast, and around the north Cornish coast just off Ilfracombe in the Bristol Channel, are the two areas from where the chefs at Spaghetti House will be sourcing their lobsters.
