Uebercool bar concept, The Manhattans Project, has officially moved into POND Dalston until the end of November serving up 'classic cocktails done right'

As part of its residency, The Manhattans Project is offering contemporary spirits, seasonal ingredients, a touch of humour and a nod to tradition, all with an exciting Manhattan Project slant. Alongside this drinks menu, POND's head chef Byron Knight has devised an authentic Hawaiian fusion food menu to tickle diner's taste buds. This fusion food has western influences, but focuses also on exciting, premium Asian flavours.

Founded by cocktail aficionado Felix Cohen, a well- known name in the bar industry, Manhattans Project began in the basement in Off Broadway and has remained in East London ever since, including a three month residency at Bohemia Hackney and running the house bar at Kerb Street food market.
