Created by Executive Chef Pascal Proyart, ‘King Crab Royale’ will be available from 21st April (Her Majesty’s actual birthday) until 18th June and priced at £21. The dish will be exquisitely crafted using the finest ingredients including gold leaf, wild garlic, caviar, quail’s eggs, British asparagus, rhubarb and lemon to perfectly complement the star element, Norwegian Royal King Crab. Beautifully presented in the shape of a crown, with flashes of gold, the dish is the perfect way for Royalists, foodies and Londoners to celebrate the landmark birthday of the UK’s longest reigning monarch.
