St Pancras International station will see the reopening of non-essential retailers from Monday 15th June. In line with the latest Government announcement on Monday 25th May.


Following the reopening of food & beverage outlets for takeaway and click & collect services only in May, St Pancras International opens the doors to more of its most popular stores including Chanel, Whistles and The White Company, allowing visitors to browse ad shop new season fashion, cosmetics, gifts, homeware, technology and more.


In addition to introducing convenient click & collect services in a selection of stores, the iconic shopping destination, known for its stylish and premium shops, bars and restaurants is in the process of trialling enhanced personal shopping experiences and one-on-one consultations, in order to provide both outstanding service throughout the station and ensure the health and safety of all visitors.


Working closely with its retailers, stakeholders and employees, the station has implemented a number of regulations which adhere to social distancing guidelines to ensure customers and staff stay safe. In addition, heightened hygiene measures have been put in place, including an hourly professional cleaning regime, hand sanitising stations provided for passengers, increased waste facilities for discarded face coverings and gloves and split screens provided at ticket office, station reception and information desk. In line with new government guidance, face coverings will also be mandatory across the station concourse from 15 June.


St Pancras International is committed to ensuring that both staff and visitors are aware of social distancing protocols in place throughout the station. As well as providing additional training for staff members to ensure all station staff are conforming to safety guidelines as outlined by the government, clear signage and social distancing markers will be visible throughout the station and regular public announcements will be made during operating hours.
