Next month world-renowned station and cultural hub St. Pancras International will be welcoming Remoli, a unique grab & go Italian dining experience, to its impressive roster of eateries and restaurants. Remoli, part of the Pasta Remoli collection, will retain the brand’s core ethos of fresh, handmade pasta made daily and prepared to order.

Station guests can choose from a variety of pastas, including tagliatelle, spaghetti, fusilli and maccheroncini, available with sauces including cacio e pepe, Bolognese, arrabbiata and creamy mushroom with gnocchi and ravioli dishes also available, including customer favourite, Truffle Ravioli with Creamy Mushroom sauce. Gluten-free, wholewheat and vegan pasta options are also on the menu as well as a selection of pastries supplied directly from Rome including vegan cornetti with raspberry and sambuco, freshly made tiramisu, fresh Italian bread and Sipful canned cocktails.

Pasta will be available in two sizes: Regular, starting at £5.80 and Large from £6.80. To welcome guests to the station, Remoli will be offering 50% off all regular sized pasta dishes between Monday 10th and Sunday 16th May.

Wendy Spinks, Commercial Director at HS1, said : “As we navigate out of lockdown and welcome visitors safely back into the station, we are delighted to introduce a new grab and go concept at St Pancras International. We are confident that Remoli will be a must-visit pit-stop for guests who are once again looking to enjoy those simple pleasures as life returns to a little more normality.”

Simone Remoli, founder of Pasta Remoli, added: “We want to build a community with our local customers as well as those working within the station, the hotels around here and, of course, the offices. We are focussing on developing Remoli as an accessible grab and go concept in busy vibrant locations. I am delighted to see pasta becoming such a core part of the London diet, and I believe that my personal recipe, drawn from years of experience, dedication and family memories cooking at home with Mama, can play a major role in this city’s love of authentic Italian food. We are so excited to develop and to reach more people with great pasta through Remoli.”
