Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is welcoming the change of season with the launch of a limited edition Loaded Fries menu. The ultimate comfort food has been given a Mayfair makeover and is available at the hotel’s local bar, Smith & Whistle.

Tapping into the UK’s famous and undying love of chips, the chef has created a mouth-watering menu of five different loaded fries for friends, family and even furry loved ones to enjoy. Prices start from £9 and each dish can be paired perfectly with a drink from the bar to maximise the flavours for diners.

The Curry ‘n’ Chips capture a perfect blend of Indian spice with fries loaded up with sweet potato chaat, complimented with Tamarind Ketchup, Mint & Coriander Chutney and crispy onions. With spicy notes of mango, cumin and chilli, the hotel’s bar manager recommends indulging in Curry ‘n’ Chips with a nice cold glass of the bar’s very own locally brewed signature Smith & Whistle Lager.

There is no better way to round off the working week than grabbing a drink with friends and tucking into Fish ‘n’ Chips. Breaded Cod, White Crab and Brown Shrimps make up the tantalising toppings. Paired perfectly with the Crafty Paloma, a deliciously refreshing twist on a classic Paloma cocktail containing premium tequila and citrus notes of lime, grapefruit and Wimbledon Pale Ale to compliment the delicious flavour profile.

Triple cooked chips loaded up with tender slices of Onglet steak deliver the Steak ‘n’ Chips. Topped with grilled onion, friggitelli peppers, coastal cheddar and drenched in piping hot gravy – the ultimate Mayfair winter warmer. Order a rich glass of Valpolicella red wine with its fruity and bold notes to enjoy with the dish to really bring out the flavours of the steak.

Indulge in Katsu ‘n’ Chips, delicious fries loaded with popcorn chicken, sweet chilli and Katsu curry sauce. Finished off with a blend of spring onion, sesame seeds, red chilli and lime – these fries are enjoyed best with a classic G&T.

Last but not least, four-legged friends can dig into Pedigree Chips, a tasty treat of steamed sweet potato fries loaded with delicious chicken breast and tenderstem broccoli - perfect for getting tails wagging. Pair with the Posh Pooch wine for dogs or the Hound’s Hops, a blend of specially brewed dog beer, to round off the ultimate doggy dinner.
