TH@51 is hosting a night to remember for New Year's Eve in London. The restaurant that specialises in global cuisine will be offering a seven course menu and live entertainment!
Perfect for those looking to celebrate the New Year in Style - the evening will begin with fresh bread and sun-dried tomato pesto on the table, followed by an Amuse Bouche of Butternut Squash Soup. There will be small sharing plates including Curried crab & salmon cake, lime & mustard emulsion with caviar, and Burrata, heirloom tomatillo, truffle foam with mango salsa - to name just a couple!
Palette's will be cleansed with a Raspberry sorbet and mint jelly before diners can tuck into a large plate of their choice - the mouth-watering selection has something for everyone. The dessert symphony has 13 menu items to choose from too!
The meal will round off with cheese and crackers, teas & coffee and petit four before the dancing commences!
