The tea transports diners to a stunning Yorkshire Garden with every bite. The beautifully designed pastries and delectable savoury treats have been inspired by the timeless children’s classic tale of The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett and from 14th-18th February the sweet treats will have a romantic twist. The afternoon tea has been developed and created by the talented pastry chefs Mayank and Dharma who recently featured in the semi-final of Channel 4’s Bake Off: The Professionals.
