Celebrate Ferragosto this Weekend at Vivo

As one of the most important dates in the Italian calendar, Islington’s Vivo are celebrating Ferragosto.

The holiday marks the end of harvest and the beginning of the country’s legendary Summer period; the time to rest and enjoy hearty meals and sumptuous drinks with friends.

For the weekend of August 15th, Vivo’s top mixologist team, the fabulous Bozo and Karen, have created a delicious seasonal cocktail, A Death in Florence, made with gin, Fiorente elderflower liquer, chilli and lime; full of Summer-centric notes perfect for drinking whilst enjoying the heatwave.

On top of that, to create a true taste of authenticity and in keeping with Italian tradition, Vivo will be serving their delicious Lasagne, the robust Pollo alla romana, along with their extensive array of salads and beautifully crafted desserts, all made with the finest Italian produce and ingredients.
