Open from 12 noon to midnight, Monday through Saturday and 11.30pm on Sundays, The Chicago Rib Shack’s two floors of Bar and Restaurant offer a unique dining experience. Set to a lively soundtrack of American Soul, Rock and Blues you can begin your lunch or dinner in our American Bar for some authentic American beers, cocktails, wines or bourbons before settling down to a meal of London’s best barbeque and smoked meats. Signature dishes include Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs, Onion Loaf, Manslaw, Potato Skins and The Rib Shack Burger.

All our smoked meats are dry-rubbed with our 25 year old unique spice blend and slow-smoked over Applewood in specially imported ovens. All of our pork and chicken is sourced from English free range farms. Our premium steaks are sourced from Laverstoke Park in Hampshire and aged from minimum of 21 days; having enjoyed a “salad” diet of over 30 different grasses and clovers.

If meat or fish isn’t your thing, a number of our dishes can be amended to be 100% vegetarian.

Doggy bags are available if you find that you are enjoying your meal so much, but have no room left, that you want to treat yourself to it later!

Large group or party booking?

Knightsbridge 145, part of The Chicago Rib Shack, is our brand new and unique event space available for all kinds of private or corporate events. With a total capacity of 170 for sit-down dinners or up to 200 for receptions, and when combined with The Chicago Rib Shack the venue can accommodate up to 400 guests.

The stylish and comfortable interior of exposed brickwork, wooden floors and leather seating includes three snugs, stage area, service bar, projector screen, sound system and cloakroom facilities; all creating the perfect venue in the heart of Knightsbridge.

We offer delicious American style food prepared by a highly skilled kitchen team and great service with an experienced events team that can tailor any event to your specific needs and will ensure your event runs smoothly.
