Chiltern Firehouse is Andre Balazs' long-awaited London hotel and restaurant. Nuno Mendes of Viajante fame is Executive Chef and serves an ingredients-led menu with a strong American character.
Dishes from the menu include: Iberico Pork, Steak Tartar, Crab Linguine, Maple Salmon, Stewed Rhubarb with Milk Ice Cream and Chocolate Tart.
