What an amazing Place, Food was so good. I will defo be back

Third time going here with my family and the food is just always so good.
The staff are very friendly and help full and the place is just so clean and a great price for what you get.

The food here is really good, consistent, good quality and always served fresh and at a reasonable price, but the waitress was so very rude and unpleasant I would never go back. Highly recommending avoiding this cafe - it's just not worth the grief.

I'm writing the review because of the really stressful experience I had today. Still amazed by it. Asked for the (very loud) music to be turned down for just 10 minutes whilst I ate, the waitress refused telling me that she had a 10 hour shift and didn't want to work in silence. I asked again (politely) if I could have ten minutes to eat with the music just a little lower (the place is empty, sterile and cold the music bounces about) and was told it wouldn't be possible, even though it looked like I was their first customer all day...but why? it was a very small ask that was met with great rudeness. I'm very surprised that the cafe would sooner turn down a customer than turn down the music.

So I had to take my stir fry (sweating in a plastic box) home to eat instead - how can that be? I do not understand...I still don't. I did speak with the manager and he watched the woman being incredibly rude and passive aggressively over polite to me at the end - it was horrible, I wouldn't expect even my own teens to speak to me in that way, certainly not acceptable or appropriate in a public place.

Sorry that this has to be one of the first reviews of this place - I used to call in a couple of times a week for lunch..never again.

Amazingly authentic food, every single plate was sublime and cooked with fresh and tasty delicious, we had a variety from fish cakes which were very tasty with a great texture, prawn pad Thai which was excuisite, and fish curry another amazing dish. Highly impressed by this little gem, newly open and the staff were incredibly hospitable and lovely. I couldn't recommend more ! I will definitely be back!!
