Ate here at a wedding reception for roughly 60 on Saturday.
The 3 course sit down meal was very good and the service was faultless. Staff really attentive all the way from pre-meal drinks to coffee. When you didn't need them they were unobtrusive almost to the point of invisibility and when you did they were there like a genie, and really quick to bring what you asked for.
I'd like to find some minor negative comment to prove I'm not related to the owner but nothing occurs to me. I was really impressed.
Brinkley's Kitchen is a large contemporary style restaurant on one floor with an open kitchen bar. They offer a well-priced modern international style menu featuring such things as chargrilled calamari with fresh red chilli, deep-fried courgette flower stuffed with ricotta and sun-dried tomatoes and handmade burgers. Brinkley's is open for brunch on weekends and there is a kid's menu available.
