With our talented Chef on board Bruce Smith, sure delicious meals have been created using the best British ingredients with a generous helping of local style. The lunch menu includes dishes such as Welsh air dried ham, honey truffle figs and shaved parmesan; Beer battered cod & chips mushy peas, tartar sauce and big chips or Homemade salmon fish cakes with garlic and parsley mayonnaise, big chips, curly endive, red chard and lemon.
