Our delicious yet healthy dishes are prepared using the healthiest ingredient options available. Our chicken and fish is fried using rapeseed oil, we use only sea salt (celtic & himalayan) and dairy free butter in our food preparation. Also our natural juices are prepared using organic produce (where possible) and dairy free milk such as coconut, oat, almond & rice milk. These changes are made without compromising the authentic flavours loved by so many. All this, served up with a friendly smile lol :0) Enjoy!

Lovely jerk chicken, the sauce was very good and not too hot. The service was the best ive experienced in a caribbean resturant, had a nice chit chat with the staff. Very polite and friendly. Top marks guys!
