In reference to the previous review......What do you know about caribbean food? The basis of most dishes from around da world involve some form of fat or oil but most dishes don't have to feature fats an an alternative can be used. But to make a statement such as"stodgy caribbean food"is totally false an inaccurate. People often refer to caribbean food as fast food....ur. probably one of them. Ur prob white, midle class an been to one caribbean island and now ur da expert on caribbean food. Well stick to your fried eggs and bacon an your fish an chips. Cause u don't know ****! I'm sick of the white man playin God. See its not nice when people form negative inaccurate views of things they don't have a clue about!

Four of us went here and I was very surprised. Coco serves really nice food - far better than all the stodgy stuff I ate in Barbados.
The curry goat was very tasty. One person had a huge mixed fish platter which arrived with all sorts of interesting things on it. I had a kingfish, yam and calaloo dish, which was arranged nicely as well as being very enjoyable.
We also had deserts including a memorable pancake wrapped around a firey fig and rum filling.
The bill was surprisingly low too.
I've never been convinced by Carribean food but this restaurant was a world away from the kind of stodgy stuff often associated with "Carribean" food.
Highly recommended!
