Blue Wok

We have visited on several occassions. The food is fine - when they bother making it. I expect them to refill the food containers; this is, after all, an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant. The reality is that they expect you to ask them to refill with the item you want. This is the wrong way around - they should ensure they provide teh food you are paying for.

On the last occassion we visited, we looked and saw that many of the dishes had run out and some were very low. I asked the lady who appears to be the manager if they would be filling them up. Her response was "There is plenty of food. How much can you eat?" I told her that I should decide what I eat. If she expected me to pay the full price, I expected the full range of food. We walked out and have not been back since. Their loss since we are a large family and like chinese food. We now buy where they actually provide what they promise.

On the basis of the poor service and attitude, I would not recommend.

We think Blue Wok is great! There are very few Halal Chinese restaurants in London anyway and this being a buffet is a bonus. We can eat what we like and there are about 20 different dishes if not more.It's £10 for adults which includes: soups for starters, loads of options for mains, PLUS ice cream or fruit salad for dessert. Now that's value for money! My daughter loves the satays which are served only at the dinner buffet. They also have chips which keeps the kids happy too! What more do you want?!!

Been there a couple of times usually the foods nice like the idea of serve ur own portions will vist again cause bros adicted

although th service isnt perfect the food is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely, a nice meal and prices are just right

Poor service and worst ever taste food! Dried up noodles, rice.. Don't ever visit again.

WORST EVER FOOD AND NOT WORTH £££ ...AVOID IT!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! POOR SERVICE!!! DRIED UP FOOD...RICE, NOODLES..ETC
