Our intention at 3Course is to cook inspiring simple & fresh dishes for each day part using familiar sourced ingredients.
Dishes are inspired with a blend of Scandinavian influences together with a focus on the Japanese ethos of a balanced diet, which is clearly visible, paired with ingredients so good and simple they really speak for themselves.
Open for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Weekend Brunch. Where each day part has a different menu to suit, never crossing over & without the menu being overly crowded.
Evenings are open by bookings only! With a chef’s choice menu- changing according to season & availability or even weekly.
The menu has a simple and fresh selection, either two meat, two fish and two veg dishes. Life is too complicated, with too much choice. 3Course’s mission is to simplify life and minimize the catering industry’s waste.
The kitchen being totally open, where guests actually see everything being prepared guaranteeing the freshness. In an environment without music, the guests can relax and enjoy the goodness of the dishes.
