Ross Bryans has recently been appointed Head Chef and has brought with him a whole new menu. Most recently seen on Great British Menu, he has worked with some of the best chefs in the world. He previously headed up the kitchen at the likes of Corrigan's Mayfair, 1* Pollen Street Social and 3* Restaurant Gordon Ramsay under Clare Smyth.
