Myself, my wife and daughter went to this restaurant as most of the others we had tried were full, thank goodness they were we had first class food and first class service.

This is our favourite London restaurant. It feels like being in an unpretentious bistro in Paris. I love the food, warm welcome, ceiling quotes and relaxed atmosphere. We go at Christmas and this will be our fifth and for family celebrations. Highly recommended

Savoir Faire is by far the worst restaurant I have dined in in London. The ambience is nice, but the food and service is appalling. This was my third time at the restaurant with a group who go there every year, and I thought I'd give it one more try, but alas, the meal was dire. The menu options definitely oversell what you are getting. I had a starter of a steak tart, which to be fair wasn't bad, however the presentation left a bit to be desired (with the tart plonked on top of a roasted tomato. My main of duck was massively overdone (literally burnt on the outside) and a pile of soggy vegetables on the side. Finally, the desert of warm sticky toffee pudding was served on an ice cold plate! Surely that is a basic thing to get right - warm food on a warm plate!? If you want somewhere nice and homely, go across the road to Italian Kitchen, or head into Soho a bit, but after 3 times at this place I feel like a sucker for punishment and I will be dragging my friends elsewhere in future!

The atmosphere within the restaurant was fine but the service was terrible. The waitress was very rude and when I questioned my meal I was ignored. When questioing the rudness of the waitress I was told this was the manager! She then proceeded to get aggressive with me and said that I had no right to compplain about the food! Overall, an unprofessional approach to managing and customer service. This is not my idea of restaurant quality standards.

I spent a very enjoyable evening dining in this Bistro. Excellent food and ambience I have recommended this restaurant to all my friends if they are ever in the area.

I could not disagree more! My husband and I have been visiting Savoir Faire for a few years now for birthdays, new years or simply on Saturday nights. We took our closest friends and family for a pre-Wedding dinner last summer and have always had a great time.

Also, I work in one of the most prestigious venues in London, and therefore, have a very good understanding of food and wine - especially value for money. In my opinion, this is what this restaurant is all about – delicious food, friendly service, great atmosphere and does not empty the pocket. Dinner for two, with a glass of champagne and a bottle of high end wine comes up to £80 including tips!

Ended up there during Easter holidays as my favourite nearby Italian reastaurant was closed.
I simply cannot believe this restaurant has any positive reviews. Quite frankly - this was probably my worst dinning experience ever.
Service was so slow it nearly made me leave before ordering ( I now regret I stayed ).
Waitresses were polite but had no menu knowledge and did not understand English very well.
My starter ( Onion soup ) was luke warm and main ( Braised Lamb shank )arrived with stone cold vegetables and mash potato - and all I could really taste was the red vine jus.
As for the ambiance - what ambiance?
I never complain in restaurants - I just ask for my bill, I leave and never ever come back.
Whoever gives this place positive review has absolutely no standards and poor taste in food.
This is the first ever restaurant that made me go online and write a negative review.

A wonderful family-run restaurant in a central location. Excellent food, service and ambience and reasonably priced. What all restaurants should be - there are so few like this in London now. I go there regularly!

A lovely bistro with a simple but very well executed menu- the duck magret with honey figs was beautiful.
Busy even on a Monday night - a great affordable central london option.
