The Cafe de Paris concept was developed by Mr Boubier in Geneva in 1930. The concept is a single dish of Entrecote steak covered in an exquisite sauce accompanied by unlimited hand cut French fries. The ingredients of the world famous Cafe de Paris sauce are still a closely guarded secret and Mr Vouillamoz, the owner of Entrecote Cafe de Paris in Geneva , is the current guardian of the recipe.
